Ingredients:
1 pizza base
1 cup pasta sauce
200g grated mozzarella cheese
200g mushrooms
125g chicken fillets
250g vine ripened cherry tomatoes
1 bunch basil
90g fetta (reduced fat)
Balsamic vinegar
Utensils:
Chopping board
Sharp knife
Microwave dish
Pizza tray (or any other baking tray)
Baking paper
Pizza cutter
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Place base on pizza tray covered with baking paper
- Spread the tomato sauce on the base
- Place chicken fillets, tomatoes (cut in half) & basil on top
- Place chopped fetta and sliced mushrooms on top
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
- Cook for 30 minutes or until crisp and brown
